April 2005 - Acquisition
of Beha Williams Norman Ltd by Enterprise plc
We are pleased to announce that on 29 April 2005 Enterprise plc acquired the entire
issued share capital of BWNL. The directors and staff of BWNL are delighted to be
joining Enterprise plc and see this as a major opportunity for the company to develop
and expand its services for its social housing clients. BWNL will benefit from Enterprise
plc's broader service offering and operating systems. The existing directors and staff
of BWNL will form the base of this new venture.
Enterprise plc is a £400 million turnover company providing a range
of services for the utility sector, local authorities, social housing
and public sector markets. Examples

Ltd, a strategic service partnership responsible for delivering housing

as Lead Consultant to Local Space, the organisation that is being
sponsored by the London Borough of Newham to provide accommodation
for homeless families in the Borough.

BWNL to carry out its housing option study.

Council - We have been appointed to advise on the Housing Options
Appraisal.

Shoreline Housing Partnership
have retained BWNL to act as lead consultant for the housing stock
transfer from North East Lincolnshire Council which achieved a positive
ballot in early May.

We are currently arranging the private requirement for
Broadland Housing Association.

BWNL are acting as lead consultant and funding advisor
to Purbeck Housing Trust who are receiving the transfer of housing
from Purbeck District Council. PHT has joined the newly formed Synergy
Group which includes East Dorset Housing Association who retain BWNL
on treasury and funding issues.

Wyre Housing Association have retained BWNL to advise
them on their proposed merger with Regenda.

BWNL have been working with Wandle Housing Association
and Weaver Vale Housing Trust to provide their new long-term financial

BWNL are lead consultant pre ballot at Kings Lynn, North

and North Somerset Councils.

Three Rivers Housing Association are being advised on
the review of their loan portfolio by BWNL.

We have been advising Kings' Forest Housing on their
funding
structure and Service Level Agreements for the housing transfer from
Forest Heath District Council.

We are advising Peterborough Council on their housing
stock
transfer which has received the support of tenants at the recent ballot.

Preston City Council has appointed BWNL to act as lead
consultant pre ballot. The Council has decided in principle, and
following consultation with its tenant representatives, to pursue
housing stock transfer using the new Community Gateway Model for
its 7000 homes.

William Sutton trust has retained BWNL to provide ongoing
Treasury advice.

Circle 33 requires £100 Million of new private
finance facilities for the Groups capital programmes. BWNL will be
arranging the facilities for Circle 33.
