April 2005 - Acquisition of Beha Williams Norman Ltd by Enterprise plc

We are pleased to announce that on 29 April 2005 Enterprise plc acquired the entire issued share capital of BWNL. The directors and staff of BWNL are delighted to be joining Enterprise plc and see this as a major opportunity for the company to develop and expand its services for its social housing clients. BWNL will benefit from Enterprise plc's broader service offering and operating systems. The existing directors and staff of BWNL will form the base of this new venture.
